Vertical Hawaii Founder and President Jonathan Billings has more than a decade of industry experience across the construction, management and inspection sectors. His multi-faceted training, wide network of contacts, and in-depth understanding of the Hawaii property market ensure that your reports and consultations have the important details you need.

Jonathan started working in the property management industry at a young age. He has extensive hands-on construction knowledge after renovating numerous homes and apartments, as well as managing rental properties and large associations. In addition to his executive-level roles at Hawaii’s top property management firms, Jonathan has served hundreds of clients as a home inspector and reserve specialist. He serves as treasurer of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Hawaii Chapter Board of Directors and serves as a member of the Legislative Action Committee. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
